Where should i study?

Allright my situation is this, I used to live in the U.S. for the last 5 years,my parents divorced and i move to Colombia to be with my dad, cuz i like him better and i love Colombia. Now I want to be an orthodontist just like my dad, he has a clinic here in Colombia with good clients. My mom wants me to study in the U.S., but i love to live here in Colombia. I dont know what to do, what would be a wise decision?
