Is this Pneumonia, Chest Infection, Bronchitis.?

My symptoms are cough, spitting up brown and green mucus, chest tightness, fever, tired, trouble breathing, makes a weird noise when i exhale (hard to explain) and minor sore throat (doesnt really hurt.. Whats wrong with me.? Thanks for your help :)
