Is this Time Traveling?

I see this type of thing all the time in movies like when your standing somewhere and then someone calls out your name or someone throws something at you and you look back and no one is there, and like hours later your somewhere else and you see your self and you call out your name and you realize that it was you earlier. This has happened in Harry Potter and the Prince Azkaban where Hermione realized she had thrown the rock earlier and Harry realized he was the one that ha saved himself from the dementors. Another example of this is Kelly Clarkson's Behind these hazel eyes where she realized why she saw herself crying in her wedding dress, out in the rain. And when it was her wedding day she did the same thing. What is this type of thing called?
