HAARP conspiracists: do you think HAARP have any capabilities on making volcanos erupt?

i dont know if HAARP have anything to do with all the recent earthquakes. but i am trying to connect the dots. theres been volcanic eruptions recently. if HAARP has been causing earthquakes, did they also cause eruptions? if not, and eruptions are purely nature, then perhaps earth is just going thru a natural tumultous phase, including the quakes.
