This one 90s show i watched when i was a kid?

its really cool show it has this one kid who goes in this place i like through the power lines and fights these monsters in this really suit its so cool i cant remember it though its not vr troopers so if you can help me i will 5* your answer thanks p.s. when the kid is losing he will call his friends who will have this like t rex suit i think and it will help him out.
