Iraqi soldiers abused. Isn't this horrible?

I saw that on wikipedia a couple months ago when I was looking up stuff on the Iraq war. But no person should be treated like that. What they did to those prisoners is wrong and its pretty disturbing that in the photos the people doing that to the prisoners are smiling.
