Local charity institutions in cavite?

Our university in GMA Cavite is willing to conduct charity programs in some depressed areas near us. Is there any institution near our place that you can advice me whom I can talk for possible sponsorship, partnership or volunteers? I also want to conduct some research but I don't know where to start.
