I live in Fresno CA have to move out by 10-02. Poor credit and no co-signer?

I agreed to move out within ten days to keep an eviction off my name. To make a long story short I fell behind in rent made arrangements to clean apartment as they were vacated. End result stated above but I don't know what to do because my credit is poor 563 and I have no one to co-sign for me. Does anyone have any suggestions. I do have a 15 year old son living at home. Thank God my other two are in colledge
