I'm in an "at risk" group and I've got flu, help?!?

Hi, I'm 19 years old and I have a neuromuscular condition, I'm completely wheelchair bound and my mum has to do most things for me. On Sunday afternoon I started with a sore throat and was feeling really tired. Yesterday I went to the drs but my usual g.p wasn't there and the dr I seen said I had flu and to just take paracetamol and drink plenty of fluids, I have stand by antibiotics at home and we asked if I should start them but he said no, I don't feel any better, in fact I feel worse. I've just seen on the news that swine flu is back on the rise and now I'm scared, could it be swine flu? I'm seeing my consultant at the hospital tomorrow, he's a respiratory consultant, will he be able to tell if it's swine flu? If it is swine flu, what is the treatment?
