How much of the sun’s radiation is blocked by the ozone layer?

Most of the three types of UV radiation are filtered, not blocked. UV-C doesn't make it to the surface, because it would kill you. UV-A does reach the surface. Most of the UV-B reaches the surface and is the cause of sunburn.
