Is “sickle cell anemia” a “racial” disorder”?

Its not a racial disorder, but what happens is that the person who has sickle cell anemia, at one point, only mated with its same race or religion. So they kept it in the generation. Its like Tay Sachs for the Jewish Community. The diseases don't discriminate, it just happen to be like this.
