Right Turn on Red at License Exam?

You must stop on a red light because it is like a stop sign. Just as a yellow light is like a yield sign. Though many people don't always stop it is the law. (at least it is in Texas) Remember what we learned in preschool RED MEANS STOP! That saying is dumb but many people don't get that.
